LINSEED OIL ANTI-SPALL 50/50 is a solution of 50% mineral spirits, 50% boiled linseed oil that functions as a fast drying, penetrating concrete sealer.
Designed to prevent the spalling and scaling of concrete, especially
those structures that are exposed to the destructive effects of
de-icing salts, freeze-thaw cycles, and ponding surface water.
LINSEED OIL ANTI-SPALL 50/50 is a “must use” for optimum first
winter season protection.
• Light amber in color, will cause a slightly dark discoloration of surface
• V.O.C. compliant with maximum 400 g/l content
• Penetrates into the concrete prolonging the service life
• Prevents scaling and premature spalling
• Can also be used on wood structures to preserve and seal

LINSEED OIL ANTI-SPALL 50/50 when applied to new concrete, should be delayed a minimum of 28 days for proper curing of the slab. Thoroughly clean surfaces of all contaminants prior to application.
Roller, low-pressure sprayer, or brush applications are all acceptable. Do not pond or puddle. Fast drying–restrict foot traffic until tack free (3-5 hours). Do not over apply – slippery surface will result.
