DESCRIPTION
CLEAR HARD Concrete Curing & Hardening Compound is an economical treatment that is free of any wax, resins or oils.
This environmentally friendly V.O.C. compliant compound is designed to provide curing, hardening and dust proofing to new or old exposed
concrete paving applications. Once treated with CLEAR HARD the concrete can be painted or covered with flooring materials.

SPECIFICATIONS
This product meets the maximum VOC content limit (350 g/L) for concrete curing and sealing compounds as required by the U.S. EPA Architectural Coatings Rule.

Drying Time
New Concrete: 4 hour minimum (12 hours preferred)
Old Concrete: control traffic up to 48 hours after application

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
New Concrete: Apply when surface water has completely disappeared from the surface. It is also recommended that application not be attempted until workmen cannot mar the surface. Temperature must be above 40° F before application. Use a standard hand held sprayer (garden type) with neoprene hose and gaskets or a short napped roller. Avoid puddling during application and restrict traffic for at least 4 hours (12 hours preferable) after application. Fugitive dye helps facilitate proper coverage.
Old Concrete: Clean & rinse surface thoroughly prior to application. Control traffic for up to 48 ours after application.

RESTRICTIONS
• Incompatible with solvent containing products
• Ready to use formulation – no dilution required
• Aggressive mixing is not required and will result in excess foaming
and stripping
• Spray evenly in a one coat application after the surface is free of all
bleed water
• Use a spray rate of approximately ½ gallon per minute not
exceeding 45 psi of pressure with any conventional piece of spray
equipment.
• Clean up is accomplished with warm soapy water.

Any claim regarding product defect must be received in writing within one (1) year from the date of shipment. No claim will be considered without such written notice or after the specified time interval. User shall determine the suitability of the products for the intended use and assume all risks and liability in connection therewith. Any authorized change in the printed recommendations concerning the use of our products must bear the signature of the RIGHT POINTE COMPANY Technical Manager.
